National Register's Architecture Description

"One story hip-roof bungalow; raised concrete foundation; outset shed-roof porch with square wood columns on main facade; asbestos shingle siding; large picture windows with horizontal panes and two-over-two horizontal pane double hung sash typical; foundation completed in 1925, occupied through 1940 when main floor completed; alterations include a lightweight porch awning on the east side and a brick chimney on the west side."

History

This house was built by Thomas Logan and Martha Allen Sanders. Thomas Sanders was a carpenter who helped build many of the homes in the Farmington area. He was also employed for Miller Floral in the 1920's.
